THE ART OF SALE

Sales involves both persuasion and value proposition pitch, depending on the continuity of the type of business you are in, or product you are selling (either for yourself or your employer).

When you want to make a quick one-off sale you are naturally persuasive. Your aim is to take rid of the items as quickly as possible.

But, for long term recurring revenue and growth revenue on your product/service sales, pitching value proposition is critical because you are selling a solution your customer is after. That solution could be a personal or business solution. Customer is your (employer's) livelihood as far as survival of your business is concerned!

Pitching value proposition and once successfully closed, followed by healthy customer relationship and timely after-sales-support will surely take your business a long way. This is where customer loyality is achieved!

Happy selling!
